We strive to give you our very best in order to enhance your experience with us at NM Lash Bar. We adhere to certain policies to benefit you and create a harmonious environment where our artist can focus on your needs. We welcome you and will work hard to provide a great experience as we hope to become your favorite Lash Extension Studio.

​​BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

Appointments are CASH ONLY.​​ A Valid Card is required to finalize your booking. All Squeeze Ins & After hour appointments must be made through text. An extra Fee of $25 will be needed in order to book. (929)-344-2605 ​​​

Please send or bring an inspiration picture of an idea of what you want your full sets to look like. If you know your curl, length, and style preferences, please let us know ahead of time. Please note that not all lash styles can't be guaranteed, as every eye shape and natural lash is different.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Customer satisfaction is our top priority! We want you to absolutely adore your lashes and your experience at NM Lash Bar. If for any reason you are unhappy with the results or anything else, please contact us within 2 days so we can schedule an appointment to fix any issues.

Refunds are not available. However, if you experience significant fallout or any other issues within the first 2 days after your appointment, we offer free lash fixes. Please contact us immediately and book an appointment as soon as possible. Any fixes booked after a 72 hours to a week will incur a weekly fill charge.

GRATUITY

​​​Tips are always appreciated! They help recognize the effort and care put into providing great service. While they’re never required, even a small tip makes a difference and shows that the service was valued. Thank you for considering!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Late Arrivals: There is a 10 minute grace period. Beyond that time you must reschedule or pay $25 late fee.  At 15 minutes your appointment is canceled & deposit forfeited. We understand that last minute emergencies occur and will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests.

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. All cancelations must be made 24 hours before your appointment. After 24 Hours Your deposit will be forfeit and you must rebook with an additional deposit.  Rescheduling/Cancellations less than 24 hours from appointment time will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee to the credit card on file. Appointments will be charged 50% of the service fee if cancelled after 24 hours or no show.

MOBILE PHONES

Please turn your mobile phone to silent or vibrate while your visit. We want your experience to be relaxing. Your eyes will be closed the entire time and you will not be able to answer the phone or text.

CHILDREN/GUEST

NM Lash Bar provides a relaxing environment for both clients and staff. For safety reasons, please do not bring children who need supervision, as you will not be able to attend to them during your appointment. At this time, extra guests are not permitted. Children are only allowed if they are receiving services. Clients must be at least 16 years old. Those under 18 years old require parental consent. Parents must approve lash styles prior to full set lash extension services.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Do not bring or store any valuables on the premises, including watches, jewelry or large amounts of cash. We are not liable or responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal property while in, on, or about the premises.

REFUND POLICY

Because lash extensions require such gentle and strict maintenance requirements, we are unable to guarantee your lashes. We regret that promotional services, or gift certificates purchased are absolutely non-refundable. This applies to all services. We are unable to offer refunds on any services we have already executed. All retail product purchases are final sale.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Any reactions to eyelash extensions is not foreseeable by NM Lash Bar skilled & trained staff (or even by you). All care is taken to ensure your safety. We will go over your intake form with you and any contraindications, such as an allergies. No refunds will be issued for reactions, however, NM Lash Bar will offer a Free Lash Removal should this unfortunate event occur. We kindly ask that you contact NM Lash Bar immediately if you become aware of any type of irritation so we may assist you as quickly as possible.

1, 2 AND 3 WEEK FILLS ARE AVAILABLE.

 

TO KEEP YOUR SET LOOKING FRESH.

WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU LIMIT 6 FILLS PER FULL SET.

FOREIGN FILLS ARE AVAILABLE, AN EXTRA CHARGE OF $30 MUST BE ADDED TO YOUR APPOINTMENT ON THE MENU PAGE.  TO ENSURE SYMMETRY AND FRESH LASH STYLE WE RECOMMEND A REMOVAL AND NEW LASH SET.​​

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT APPOINTMENTS MUST BE BOOKED WITH A CREDIT CARD. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL AFTER YOUR SERVICE.  APPOINTMENTS ARE CASH ONLY.

 

WHEN YOU ARRIVE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE DIAL 337 TO BE BUZZED IN. THE BUILDING IS VERY SECURE, THEREFORE THIS LETS US KNOW YOU ARE HERE. ONCE INSIDE THE BUILDING TAKE THE ELEVATOR TO THE THIRD FLOOR WHERE WE’LL GRANT YOU ACCESS TO COME UP.
